Why has my order not shipped?We try to fulfill orders as fast as possible. Some of the items we have available for purchase have to be produced or are in between production runs. You can inquire about the status of your order at any time.

Does your products pricing already include VAT/TAX/IVA?YES! the prices you see displayed on our website already include VAT/TAX/IVA. For USA and Mexico, orders will be delivered by the USPS as a last mile method. So, they will not be considered international imports. No Sales TAX or IVA will be charged. For European orders, some country's customs office may ask you to pay for VAT. If that is the case please do so and send us the receipt so we can refund you or give you credit on our website. However, instances where you are charged VAT to deliver are less than 7% in countries inside the European Union.

What is the average transit times once my order has shipped?Due to import/export laws we need to ship orders in country batches. We aim to ship weekly to any major market country (Germany, France, Spain, UK, etc). We ship with Correos of Spain For orders coming from the USA and Mexico. The times are a bit different but still quite fast. For USA - We ship a consolidated carton with the orders ready to go to our US warehouse. This package usually arrives no later than 10 business days. And then it is delivered to the USPS to deliver the last mile. There is no extra cost for this, and it will be included in the quote shipping costs at check out. For Mexico - We ship the order items to the USA warehouse where later they are cross bordered into Mexico. In Mexico they are immediately packaged and shipped with a logistics carrier (We do not use Correos de Mexico).

Are all the items on the store in stock and ready to ship?No, We try to keep all titles in stock, but some items that show available to order need to be produced or assembled. We now have flashable PCBs for SNES and Genesis which will shorten the amount of production time considerably when a title is not in stock.

Do you offer warranty with your products?Yes all our products have a 6 months warranty starting at delivery. However if the item has been open, that will void the warranty.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, you may cancel your pre-order at any time during preorder period or during production period. However, you cannot cancel your order after it has shipped.
